Handcraft jewelry may inevitably have handmade marks, which is not a quality issue. Please consider carefully before purchasing.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchase. Please make a rational purchase.

From the date of receipt, if there are any quality issues with the product, please contact hello@mystiori.com within 48 hours for assistance and we will do our best to help.

REPAIRS

We could offer repair service for faulty items within 3 months of purchase. Please contact hello@mystiori.com and include your name, order number, picture of the damage and other necessary content in the email. We will give a quotation regarding the repair costs. Customer is responsible for any returned shipping charges. Please note that we do not undertake liability for shipping loss.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs.
